We accept all Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards for online payment (or, any ATM card with any of there logos) We also accept certified checks and money orders by mail.
Once you have finished the course, we will process your Certificate of Completion on the same business day if you finish by 4:00pm PST (If you finish after this time, we will send it the next business day.), which you will then need to sign and deliver to the court. Fast. At the end of the course, you can choose either: Guaranteed Overnight or 2-Day FEDEX Express shipping. If you finish the course by 4:00pm on any business day, we will send the certificate out on that same day. If you finish after 4:00pm, we will ship it out on the next business day. No. You can break down individual sections into small pieces, and come and go as you please. You can exit the course anytime, simply by closing your browser window. To Re-Enter the course, go to the home page, click re-enter the course and follow the instructions from there. The course will remember where you left off and you can continue and complete the course.

- Make sure you filled everything out completely. If you forgot to fill in one of the fields, it will result in an error message when you try to start the course.
- Make sure you followed all of the instructions carefully when you filled in your information. Pay special attention to the instructions regarding how to enter dates.

For the following counties we send your certificate DIRECTLY to the court for you : Los Angeles, Butte, Contra Costa, Cook, Del Norte, Lassen, Modoc, Napa, Plumas, Riverside, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Solano, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne. All other counties we send the Certificate of Completion to you and it will be YOUR responsibility to see that gets to the appropriate court by the Disposition date.
Case Number, Citation Number, ticket number and Docket Number are all basically the same. Whatever your court calls it, you can probably find it on the top right corner of your court papers.
